Gabriola's Tribute to Joanna Macy

Description
Come celebrate this wonderful global teacher and author of deep ecology and ecophilosophy, a visionary, and Buddhist scholar. She inspired many Gabriolans with her 2009 visit and through her books published by New Society Publishers. Featuring video clips from her talk 'Climate Crisis as Spiritual Path.' Song Keepers will offer two sets of songs/chants. New Society will speak of their connection and will sell Joanna's books. A sponsored event.
