You are not alone in your struggles. I will support, guide you and encourage you as we work together towards growth and change. We all heal best while in caring relationships. Therapy is a safe place to begin the relational work that can in time, be applied to life outside of our sessions.

Individual Psychotherapy

I work with adults wanting to better understand themselves and their thoughts, feelings or behaviours. Change requires insight, attention, support and action.

There is no shame in being an adult still carrying unhelpful beliefs and experiences from childhood. I will make space for these to be unpacked and processed.

Relationships

Relationships are important to our well-being and they can also be very challenging. Whether with friends, family or a partner, communication and boundaries tend to require insight and skills. Counselling can be helpful in establishing or changing patterns.

Perinatal

The journey to motherhood can be intense, whether this relates to infertility, mood disorders in pregnancy or postpartum, or the challenges adjusting to parenthood.
