Our Gabriola Arts Council invites you to join in the fun with 3 annual events: The Isle of the Arts Festival, Cultivate Festival, and the Thanksgiving Studio Tour.

Visit Yellow Flags (these are local studios!) while touring the island and explore all local arts and culture businesses using the directory below.

There is no shame in being an adult still carrying unhelpful beliefs and experiences from childhood. I will make space for these to be unpacked and processed.

Relationships

Relationships are important to our well-being and they can also be very challenging. Whether with friends, family or a partner, communication and boundaries tend to require insight and skills. Counselling can be helpful in establishing or changing patterns.

Perinatal

The journey to motherhood can be intense, whether this relates to infertility, mood disorders in pregnancy or postpartum, or the challenges adjusting to parenthood.
